Refund & Return Policy

At ShieldOps Inc., we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality IT and cybersecurity services. If for any reason you’re not satisfied, please review our refund policy below.

1. General Policy
All services rendered by ShieldOps Inc. are covered by a 7-day satisfaction window. If you are not satisfied with the deliverables, you must notify us in writing within 7 calendar days of delivery.

2. Service-Specific Refund Terms
Cybersecurity Solutions
Due to the immediate deployment of threat monitoring and response tools, refunds are not guaranteed. However, we offer adjustments or improvements within the original service scope if issues are reported within 7 days.

IT Consulting & Strategy
Consulting services are based on time and expertise. Refunds are not offered for hours already completed. However, if no substantial consulting deliverables have been provided, partial refunds may be considered.

Remote IT Support
If the support team fails to resolve the reported issue after reasonable attempts, and it falls within the agreed scope, a partial refund or extended support credit may be issued. All claims must be submitted within 7 days of service delivery.

IT Audit & Assessment
Since assessments involve specialized time, tools, and access, refunds are not issued once an audit or penetration test has begun. We will, however, address any gaps or missed items in the report if identified.

3. Refund Request Process
To request a refund, email us at info@shieldopsinc.com within 7 days of the original service delivery. Include:

Your full name

Order reference number

A brief description of the issue

4. Processing Time
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days and returned to your original payment method.

5. Non-Refundable Scenarios
Services already delivered and explicitly approved by the client

Penetration tests or audits already initiated

Consulting hours already consumed

Ongoing support retainers unless specified otherwise in a signed agreement

6. Policy Changes
ShieldOps Inc. reserves the right to amend this refund policy at any time. Any updates will be posted on our website.
